Daniel Newby
Daniel is from the United States and began serving as ICF Pastor in October 2023. He completed a Master of Divinity degree at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a doctoral candidate at Luther Rice Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia. His 30 years of pastoring and church planting ministry began at his home church of New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan. Since then, he has traveled globally in the U.S., Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean training pastors and ministry leaders. He is the proud uncle of three nephews, two nieces, and one grandnephew. A nature lover, hiker, sports fan, and music enthusiast; he is excited about the opportunity to serve the congregation of ICF in the context of Cambodia. |
Christina Leong
Christina comes from Malaysia and has served in the role of Administrator since 2011. Growing up in a multi-racial, multi-cultural country has helped her relate well to the different nationalities of people in ICF. In the past, Christina has worked in the Youth Ministry of Scripture Union Peninsular Malaysia and has enjoyed worshiping at churches with a commitment to serving internationals. Christina is married to Sor Pyneath and they have four children - Nathan, Sophia, Joel and Hannah. |
