I consent that my son/daughter can be an ICF Children’s and/or Youth Ministry Helper. As he/she is legally a child, I understand that they will never be left solely in charge of other children and youth and will always be supervised by an adult who has registered as an ICF Children’s or Youth Ministry Worker.

I have read the ICF Safeguarding Policy and understand that the Church is committed to protecting children. I agree that my son/daughter will abide by the policies and procedures agreed by the Church for the protection of children and young people.
